Work is well underway on this major 30-lot residential subdivision in Kaikohe, delivering a comprehensive civil and infrastructure package to support a brand-new community development. Our team is managing the full scope of works from the ground up, including the installation of new stormwater and sewer networks, robust water supply services, footpaths, street lighting, and the construction of all internal access ways. Given Northland’s climate, the project incorporates advanced stormwater management solutions, featuring dedicated detention ponds alongside extensive landscaping designed to enhance the local environment. We are currently pushing hard through the core infrastructure phase, with five houses already under construction on the subdivision as the master plan begins to take shape.
