We were proud to deliver the civil earthworks and infrastructure for this major 30-lot residential subdivision in Kaikohe, laying the groundwork for a brand-new community development.

Our team managed the full scope of works from the ground up, including new stormwater and sewer networks, water supply services, footpaths, street lighting and all internal access ways. Built with Northland’s climate in mind, the stormwater design included dedicated detention ponds alongside extensive landscaping to enhance the local environment.

With homes already under construction across the subdivision, it’s another example of Procraft’s civil earthworks and site preparation capability, helping deliver new housing for communities across Northland.
